Hi,
We have a scenario where a line manager added comments to a goal approval request notification and saved instead of approving or rejecting, the manager can no longer find the employee's goal approval request notification through the normal "Notifications" route therefore cannot approve or reject, the employee is also not able to resubmit the goal for approval.
We later found one of the notifications in BPM Worklists but the notifications seem to have lost the "Approve" and "Reject" options in the "Action" drop down list.
Is there another way in Release 7 and above to approve a goal if the goal approval request notification cannot be found? Thank you.
