Divorce Life Event - No Document Type available for Upload
Summary:
Content (required):
When attempting to submit a life event, Divorce, our employees are prompted to complete the submission via our benefits team. They manually update the changes and validate the documentation. We implemented this workaround because of two obstacles, the divorce document is not a document type for the divorce life event, and document is not required when an employee submits a divorce life event, and therefore does not suspend the transaction to allow for document validation. According to Oracle, there is not fix/enhancement for this life event transaction. What are others doing to circumvent the obstacles?
