Issue with Table pay_dir_comp_details_f, pay_dir_card_components_f 'Responsive UI' calculation card

For "US Federal Tax Card Details" and " US State Tax Card Details "

Records for "calculation card details" are not appearing in the table "pay_dir_comp_details_f" when they are created after implementing 'Responsive UI' of calculation cards.

The Reason is that the value 'HRX_US_WTH_FEDERAL_INCOME_TAX' and value 'HRX_US_WTH_STATE_INCOME_TAX' are not getting populated in the column “dir_information_category"of the same table for that employee record for Federal Tax Card Details and US State Tax Card Details respectively.

Can anyone please help us to understand why column "dir_information_category" is not being populated with correct value i.e 'HRX_US_WTH_FEDERAL_INCOME_TAX' for federal Tax and .'HRX_US_WTH_STATE_INCOME_TAX’ for US State Tax for Employee which is created by 'Responsive UI' ?
