How to generate Total Compensation Statements by HR first; subsequently for managers and employees?

our customer wants to generate the total compensation statements for HR first so that they can check
and then for manager who in turn can check for their employees and finally for Employees.
Is it possible to achieve it by launching three different processes? If so, how can I do it?
