Summary: Can someone let me know how to make new hire life event automatically close for ineligible employees? This was working fine until I updated the eligibility profile on one of our medical plans. Now the system shows an open enrollment window with the 'waive' defaulted on the medical plans - there are no options to enroll but the medical plan is defaulted to waive. I have attached a document for an example.
