we are encountering an issue when we try to complete a Performance Document. We have performed the following actions:

My Client Groups -> Performance and Evaluation -> Performance Documents task -> I filled in the 'Performance Document' and the 'Employee' filters in order to display the Performance Document assigned to our impacted employee -> I selected the checkbox related to the PD which I searched for -> I clicked on 'Actions' and on 'Complete'-> finally I clicked on 'Submit'. However when I click on 'Submit', I display the Error message you can see in the screenshot I attached and the action cannot be performed.
