Is there a way to update the wording of text that appears in an information section of a page?

I am trying to update the wording that appears in the blue information box at the top of the page. In Page Composer when I click on the text, the value does not display the actual text. Instead the value is something like #{attrs.messageText}.

The image below is for Benefits because I don't currently have a Performance review assigned to me.
