Due to overage of a dependent the whole medical expn plan dropped including the employee and his son
Summary: Michael's Medical Expense Reimbursement enrollment (MERP) is missing from her benefits. He had an event on 3/31/22 where her overage dependent Catherine dropped off of benefits. Michael and his son Thomas should still be enrolled in MERP but that is now missing from her enrollments. The system should have dropped Lauren from MERP and kept Patricia and her son instead it took the benefit away altogether.
Please advice the fix.
