Unable to create Oracle Cloud Account

Summary: After insert my credit card and submit my subscription, it show the following message "Thank you for signing up for Oracle Cloud. We are creating your account, which can take up to 15 minutes. Check your email for additional instructions.

While you wait, take the time to read about Oracle Cloud Infrastructure."

But after that, I didn't receive any confirmation. It was 5 days ago. I have done the same procedure last week, and happened the same.
