SSO access into OAC

We are using SSO access into the other Oracle products, is there a way how to configure OAC to accept SSO login instead of username/password combination?

My idea is to use SSO access as a replacement user accounts defined in OCI. It should avoid to create a bunch of user accounts in OCI. Thank you for any hint or sdvice.
