Ability to Retrigger a Completed Candidate Questionnaire

Need to be able to resend/reopen completed questionnaires back to the candidate to either update or fix their responses.

Content (required):

As part of the CSP, we are sending a questionnaire to all candidates. We have the need to be able to reopen the submitted questionnaire, to allow the candidate to fix any mistakes that might have been made. It needs to show their previous response and allow for changes.

We also recruit for opening 6+ months in the future. We would like to be able to also resend or reopen this questionnaire to candidates to reconfirm and update any changes to their previous answers. As of now, we have had to develop two identical questionnaires and send out the second questionnaire 30 days prior to hire before moving them to HR. This is not ideal, as we now have two versions of the same questionnaire and are in the process of developing a report to combine the answers of both questionnaires. This is also an issue as
