No. of openings field at Job Requisition creation stage

Hi All,

While creation of a Job requisition, there is a field for No. of Openings. Please let me know whether there is a validation to check the headcount of a position when we enter value in this field.

Is there any such enhancement coming in any future releases?

As we understand the Head count and FTE check is only done during 'Move to HR' and not even at offer creation/extension time.

Appreciate your comments in this regard.
