Employees transferring to a new manager mid-year
Summary: Want to capture inputs from 2 managers for an employee's review - manager who had the direct report for the first 4 months of the year and then manager who had the employee for the remining months of the year. Manager 1 wants to have visibility to the Worker Self-Evaluation inputs prior to completing their feedback.

Looking to understand how others have handled this scenario whereby the Performance Review requires 2 managers to provide input. Our process is simple - Task 1) Worker Self-Evaluation Task 2) Manager Evaluation of Workers
We are using a questionnaire and the 1st manager (participant) would like to see the Worker's Self-Evaluation responses when completing the Feedback as a participant . This it seems is not possible using the Performance Template. Has anyone found a way to address this requirement.
