we're seeing way too many extra templates in the offer letter report template in BI

Summary:

For some reason we're seeing way too many extra rtf templates being created in the offer letter report in BI. i'm assuming this will cause some performance related issues in near future, as the count is over a few hundred rtf templates

i'm assuming the extra templates are being created when the recruiters are editing the templates in the offer grid and then re-uploading it back. Have anyone experienced this before? is there a way to archive/delete some of them.
