Critical Illness Plan Changes

Summary:

Hello,

 Previously I was able to take multiple of coverage = 3 for the rates.

However, now the table looks like this:

I can't see anyway to make this work except to make the Options the coverage amounts:

• EMP - 5k
• EMP-10k
• EMP-15k
• EMP-20k
• EMP-30k

and then

• SP-5k
• SP-10k
• SP-15k

Is there anyway to use Coverages and then calculate the rate? Thank you!
