Summary:

Service Logistics- Receiving Process needs the user to navigate to Inventory module to complete the receiving activity. We have businesses which does minor repair and multiple navigation would be a usability issue as the repair process is simple and quick. One single user does all the transactions in the system. In Oracle EBS Depot repair work bench we have the capability to perform receiving from the work bench itself. Is there an option which we can explore in cloud as well ? Thanks.
