Adding goal with a task

Summary:

When employee is creating a goal they need to be able to set tasks. I am not seeing how to expose the block to add tasks, I looked in design studio but not seeing how to expose the task block.

Here you can see in a sample the tasks section, how do you expose this. I do not have this block exposed in my environment, I looked in page composer and in design studio but not seeing how to expose Tasks.
