Previously not enrolled dependent is getting carry forward.

Summary:

As per requirement in mid of year any event is happening (e.g. Marriage, Gain Dependent) employee should continue in the previous enrolled plan and option.

So, we have done the configuration for the mid-year events such as (marriage and gain dependent).

After processing Marriage event employee is getting same previously enrolled plan and option and able to enroll newly added dependent but still its allowing an employee to enroll previously not enrolled dependent which should not happen.

Has anybody seen this issue before or Any idea how to restrict this.?
