Change the default view for Candidate Application Supporting Documents
Hi - when recruiters access the "Attachments" section of a job application, 2 sections are visible - Supporting Documents and Internal Documents. Documents attached by the recruiter to the Supporting Documents section move to the DoR when the candidate is hired.
By default, the View in the Supporting Documents section is set to "Preview". This option does not allow to recruiters to attach documents. To do so, the recruiter needs to change the value to "List" - an option to upload attachments is then activated.
Can the View setting be changed to show a default value as "List" ?
