Peak Time Employee Able to Enroll in Medical PPO Health Savings Account
I have an employee who works less than 18 hours (Peak time regular) and is only eligible for dental coverage. When looking at her new hire/rehire life event that has been evaluated, the employee is given the option to enroll in the "PPO HSA". However, when I look at the eligibility profile for the PPO HSA plan I am only seeing what is listed below in the screenshot. I then checked the LE "New Hire/Rehire" to see what the configurations were around that and nothing is showing the employee should be able to enroll? Am I missing something?
