How to keep the Search fields open after executing search in Manage Orders?

Does anyone know if it's possible to configure Oracle to allow the Search Section to remain open after executing a search? An example of this is in the Manage Invoices screen or Manage Orders. The Search Section (at the top) is open but when you click Search, the section collapses and the results display in the table at the bottom. I want the Search Section to remain open all the time. It's such a pain to have to open over and over when searching through numerous documents.
