Summary of the question:

Is it possible to configure territories to filter access of the user to only see customers and subscriptions that are related to their territories?

Business requirement:

To have sales representative be able to see only the subscriptions

assigned to the customers they are designated to. In the same way the OSC

already does for opportunity, sales account, and others.
