Missing "Change Salary" action as part of Action event to trigger journey automatically

Summary:

We have configured a "Career Progression" journey that requires automatic trigger based on action/action reasons. As per requirement we need to add Promote & change salary actions to trigger the journey. But when we tried to setup the action events & searching for change salary action, its mission. Any recommendation why Change salary is missing & alternate way to achieve this requirement.
