Webservice for customer site Merge based on duplicate address

Summary:

We have multiple duplicate customer account addresses under same account which is creating issue while receipt creation.

We need to merge the customer sites using the custom extension program. If someone has already implemented the same requirement ,please share implementation experience and details. It will be great help.

Please help us with webservice or API details to merge the customer sites to remove the duplicate address with sample payload.
