Our Client has a small Customer base and are getting used to the 'Upload Customers' template that is available under 'Create Customers using Spreadsheet', This template also provides a sheet for Reference Accounts to assign the REV & REC account combination. While this template is fine for conversion & upload of new customers there may be some updates to the existing customer addresses too but I understand the simple customer upload template is not able to handle it. We understand there is another FBDI template 'Customer Import' under Customer Data Model that can Insert new records and also update existing
