We have a requirement to trigger the Termination life event based on the assignment user person type. If we terminate an employee and employee user person type as 'ABC' then no need to attach the Termination life event to the employee. Other than 'ABC' user person type then need to attach Termination life event. For this requirement we build the Fast formula but it is not working as expected.
