Hi,

we created a Performance Document which includes the 'Confirm Review meeting held' (the owner of the task is the employee's Line Manager). When the Line Manager has to perform the aforementioned task, he/she has to enter in the Performance document (My Team -> Performance and evaluation -> he/she has to enter in the PD related to his/her direct report), then he/she has to click on 'Indicate meeting held' button (see the screenshot 'Confirm_Review_Meeting_1.PNG') and then he/she has to enter the meeting held date (see the screenshot 'Confirm_Review_Meeting_2.PNG').
