Summary: Showing zero values on a report


Content (required): Is there a way to show entries that contain a zero value for something? For example, we'd like to show the articles an agent clicked on during a call (incident), but so far we can only seem to show positive clicks (using the user_trans.type column). Is it possible to show the incidents where an agent didn't click on any articles?
