Employee unable to add attachment while applying on Jobs

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

When an employee applies for a job from Me - Current Jobs - We are getting an error saying " You do not have permission to add new attachment. How do we fix this ?

I have checked, our employee role is having Attachment user priv, Manage Attachment entity and all the required DSP's but still unable to add attachments. Even with the seeded employee role, we get the same error
