Summary: Can't Hyperlink to Answers in BUI (but can in .NET console)


Content (required): Our business users mentioned that when they export an Answers report in the .NET console, the summary column can be clicked on to bring you to the Answer (in the customer portal). When you export the same report in the BUI, you cannot click on the Summary column. Is this by design, or is there something I can adjust to allow an exported BUI Answer report to hyperlink to the Answer itself?
