Advanced eOffer - Capturing Candidate Responses

Summary:

How are you collecting the response, especially the reason for any declines?

We are looking to improve our process to simplify the reporting as well as to make it easier on the candidate.

Currently we have the Accept/Decline selection and a required text box asking the candidate to provide the reason they are declining the offer (or to list n/a if they accepted) As candidates may write novels or use a variety a words to indicate the same reason (no two candidates respond the same way) we were hoping to expand the response option to include the most common reason for the decline.
