What URL can we use in email notifications to allow users to navigate to Journeys

We are on the process of transitioning all our checklist (questionnaires) to Journeys. We currently use the ACTION_URL in our emails so the end user can click on the URL to be taken directly to the questionnaire. Our emails are used by the BI publisher report templates that use the 'ACTION_URL' link and is sent to the participant when a questionnaire (checklist task) has been initiated. The 'Manage Allocated Checklist' URL is also on the seeded templates in the BI - we need to know what to to use to replace the 'ACTION_URL' and the 'Manage Allocated Checklist'.
