Open Life Event effective date vs Salary change effective date

Summary:

We have completed our Open Enrollment - new enrollments are all effective 7/1/2022 - over 7,000 enrollments. Soon, we need to process thousands of salary increases also effective 7/1/2022. We understand that 2 Life Events can't be processed on the same day; how have others dealt with this issue? I've seen other posts that indicate changing the Detected Date on the Salary Life Event, but we can't do that for thousands of life events?
