Filters section open by default in the Career Site

Summary:

Hello,

We'd like to know whether it is possible to have the Filters section on Career Sites (for modern/minimal templates) open by default. Our customer would like to make the candidates' experience easier, by displaying by default all the filtering possibilities when landing on the job boards.
