Allocate a journey to an employee via Service NOW or similar external tool
Summary:
We have been asked if its possible for a link between Service now and HCM. As an example, we may not implement the Digital Assistant initially but know that the DA once configured correctly can allocate a journey to an employee via the employee engaging with it, like if they are getting married or having a baby. Is there a way to have a similar process in our Service Now where someone can search for support query and if they find the right material, get /request a journey allocated to them in HCM that will work as
