Hi Team - we have a requirement for a client to collect compliance information from suppliers. And this compliance information involves responses for around 80 questions. So our idea is to recommend using supplier qualification initiatives with one qualification area(containing all 80 questions). But the catch here is NOT all suppliers are on supplier portal. So, we would like to know if it is possible to capture surrogate responses for questionnaire on behalf of suppliers who are not on supplier portal.

And this responses will also be used in generating report.
