Collaboration Messaging Data Import is not working fine.

Hi Team,

We have imported the related CMK setups through FBDI (19 sheets - Customer Profile sheet). We verified and found that these information are all available in the interface table but not getting imported to the base table.

Under Tools >> Collaboration Messaging and the task 'Manage Collaboration Messaging Setup Data Import' we selected the respective parameters and clicked on Search button but after a long spin it runs into an error due to the connection to the server gets failed.

This is very critical as our client went LIVE and they feel cumbersome to update the customer accounts manually for all the customers.
