My client has a plan ("Plan B") for a savings fund in which a participant can choose to contribute an amount that is a multiple 1x - 12x of the premium rate of another plan ("Plan A"). They must first select their coverage level in Plan A, which has has options of 1x - 6x salary and the rate is calculated with a variable rate based on age.
