Client requirement is to allow manager to choose multiple (3-5) ratings and provide average rate for competency based on the chosen options.

For example:

Job Knowledge is the competency

When reviewing the competency, Manager chooses 3 ratings & descriptions from a list of 15. Those ratings might be 1 point, 1 point and 3 points. So the competency rating would be 1.67 and the descriptions of the chosen ratings would be displayed in the performance document.

Is this possible??
