Performance evaluation for active and inactive Job title.

Hi,

We have a requirement from the client, that if there is a change in the job title the employee should be evaluated at the end of the year on both the active and inactive job.

We know Performance documents are assignment specific, if there is an assignment change, a new “Business title” is added on Goals page and also Performance where the employee can pick the “Active” and “Inactive” job” and perform the self-evaluation and manager evaluation.

But in case of actions like “Promotion” there will be a change in the Job title. In this case the new “Business Title” doesn’t gets created on the Goals and Performance pages.
