We are receiving an error message for most all of our plans during the conversion of our participant enrollments.

The message is Error :Error : Enter either Rate Value or Benefit Amount for the plan : Child Life_AD&D.

There are dozens of these. There are similar messages for Dependent Care FSA, LTD, STD, Employee and Spouse Life, etc. It's pretty much everything except our medical, dental, and vision plans.

If I add these manually for the same employee through the Benefits Service Center, they work perfectly.
