Performer for an Onboarding Journeys Task is not working

I have an Onboarding Journey with three tasks:

  • Employee will Enroll in Benefits
  • AOR Users will Assign Work Schedule and Update Physical Clearance

The Performer for Assign Work Schedule and Update Physical Clearance is selected as AOR, where the intended users are assigned the correct AOR. However, when a new hire is converted to an employee, the two tasks are only available to the user who performed the conversion (Initiator), even though the Performer is not selected as Initiator.

How come the users in the AOR are unable to view the tasks under 'My Tasks' tab in order to perform them? Is this issue security, configuration, or system-related?
