Delete Expenses for Terminated Users

Clean up reports and items for users who have been terminated

Content (required):

We have over 30 terminated users who have lingering expense items and reports in the system that we would like removed. These reports and items are either in Saved status or are still sitting in their Work Area.

Since there is currently no REST API that supports deletion, the only method we're familiar with at the time is having an admin log in as the user and manually delete them from the users Travel and Expenses page.

This would be a very tedious endeavor to reconcile the terminated users as we would have to reactive their accounts, have an admin perform the clean up, then reapply the terminations.
