Summary:

Content (required):

For the Voluntary Self Identification of Disability Form CC-305, is there a way to display a red asterisk (or other indicator) to identify to the candidate that selecting one of the Form options is required?

In our current configuration, the candidate is not advised that the Form is required until they attempt to submit their Job Application, then the candidate receives an error message and they have to go back to the Form and complete it, which can lead to candidate frustration.
