Where to access Autocomplete Rules tab of HCM Experience Design Studio?

Hello All,

Trying to find Autocomplete Rules tab in HCM Experience Design Studio. We have opened a sandbox and added HCM Experience Design Studio as a tool.

We are able to see the below tabs (in yellow):

We are trying to review and validate the following delivered rules for goals business object added to 22B:

We have tried reviewing the below documentation for accessing the Autocomplete Rules tab in HCM Design Studio - but found that it only tells us how to access a sandbox and doesn't offer much documentation in the event you are in a sandbox, in HCM, and unable to access the Autocomplete Rules tab itself.
