Upload Performance Historical Data

Hello Experts,

I have the requirement to upload Performance historical data, I know there is a Talent Rating Page For it, but the point is that HR doesn't want to give the employee access to see the Talent Rating Page because it contains data related to Talent Review, so where we can place this data in our system?

• if there is an option to make security on the Talent Rating Page to Disable any performance Rating coming from the Talent Review and display the performance rating coming from the performance document and HDL Only, and Remove the following sections (Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss, etc..), if this can be done, then I can take it Forward.
