During Calibration Process, need to restrict the Line manger to give calibrated rating based on Rating distribution percentage

For Eg : following is the rating distribution defined in the system.

During calibration process, Line manager should not exceeds this percentage.

But when they are exceeding, system should not allow to save the calibration sheet

In below case, Target Rating distribution percentage is give as 10% (for outstanding). But Actual percentage is 50%

In this scenario, we need to restrict the line manager to submit the worksheet with any alert/warning messages
