Uploaded Questionnaires not displayed in the Questionnaire Library

Hello Experts,

We successfully exported Questions, Questionnaire Templates and 2 Questionnaires from our DEV2 instance, and then processed the import in our DEV1 instance without any issue.

In DEV1, the Questions can be found under My Client Groups -> Performance -> Questions - Subscriber: HR Checklist (just as in DEV2).

Similarly, imported Questionnaire Templates are found in My Client Groups -> Performance -> Questionnaire Templates.

The 2 imported Questionnaires, though, are nowhere to be found.

But when trying to create them manually, system throws an "Error: A record with the value [Questionnaire Code] already exists. Enter a unique value."
