Ability to Change Language on Candidate Application Screen

Summary: Is it possible to change the language that appears on the candidate's profile? If so, what is the navigation to make changes to the highlighted section below? This is out of the box language that appears for assessments from the Candidate's perspective when they log onto their profile from the Candidate Experience site.
