How to setup absence plan for Contingent Workers in HCM Cloud?
Summary:
There is a need for setting up an absence plan for Contingent workers in India within my organization. As a proof of concept I attempted to setup an accrual plan for these employees but am unable to run the accrual process as I get an error as these contingent workers have no payroll. If anyone has experience with setting up a plan like this it would be greatly appreciated if you can provide any insight.

I found the following quote from an Oracle doc, "You are able to track absences -even for contingent workers-, provide approvals, and an administrative framework, as well as insight into entitlement details and balances." This leads me to believe it should be possible to use absence plans for contingent workers but I am not sure what the proper method of doing this is.
